Cogni: MCP memory for LLMs, with no LLM in the retrieval path

Cogni is a memory layer for large language models that uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to store and retrieve context. Retrieval is handled without routing queries through an additional LLM, keeping the memory path direct and deterministic.
