Pg_stat_ch, a Postgres extension to export every metric to ClickHouse

Pg_stat_ch is a PostgreSQL extension that exports database metrics and statistics directly to ClickHouse. It enables centralized monitoring by streaming pg_stat data from Postgres into a ClickHouse instance for storage and analysis.
